Deliveries & Returns

DELIVERY

Deliveries within UK are made by Royal Mail, and will usually arrive within a week from the date of your order (not including public holidays or weekends). 

Unless otherwise stated we charge the following shipping rate within the UK :

• £3.00 for Standard Shipping 

We charge the following International shipping rates, varying by location:

• £6.00-£15.00 for Standard Shipping for parcels up to 2kg.
• £15.00-£25.00 for Standard Shipping for parcels over 2kg.

COLLECT IN STORE

We offer free collection in Central Library for any orders made online.  Please allow 24hrs for your order to be prepared.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 28 days of receiving delivery and we will happily offer you a full refund or replacement.

Contact us at Manchesterlibrariesstore@manchester.gov.uk before returning your item. Ensure that anything you would like to return is unused and in a saleable condition, with any labels still attached and in its original packaging
